Having been established in 1992 in a workshop at their family home outside Belturbet in Cavan to specialise in wooden farm entrance gates, the Grogan’s have been providing their work to customers throughout Ireland ever since. A true example of a successful small Irish family business, the facilities and product range have been growing to meet demand whilst keeping the same core expert team.

Grogan Timber Products only sources and works with the highest quality high density deal timber from Finland, which has been planed for a smooth finish. Finland is home to some of the coldest winter months in the world. Trees grown in these harsh conditions grow slower and as a result produce tighter, stronger and more durable wood than trees grown in warmer climates. It is also a natural, renewable, and environmentally friendly resource.

All of our wooden gates are individually handcrafted to suit customers’ specifications. A Grogan Timber Products gate can both enhance and protect the entry to any home, farm, field, place of work or leisure.
